Assistant Head of Operations (Maintenance & Support)

The Assistant Head of Operations (Maintenance & Support) is responsible for setting strategies for service delivery (i.e. reducing operational cost, increasing revenue, improving customer service and minimizing risk), maintaining service levels, authorizing allocation of resources, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and managing the service management team. The  Assistant Head of Operations (Maintenance & Support) is also responsible for negotiating and resolving contractual issues, variations and building long-term, strategic relationship with senior stakeholders and contributing to financial planning and budgeting. In addition, the Assistant Head of Operations (Maintenance & Support) is responsible in setting strategies to introduce continuous improvements according to industry standards.
